The GCEF 2025 will center around two key themes with a significant overlap: competitiveness and Dual-Use technologies, explored through a high-profile keynote, an impulse talk, and accompanying panel discussions. The keynote and later the impulse talk on Dual-Use will each be followed by a panel with leading voices from Czech and German industries and institutions.
